The Mechanical Support Specialist will troubleshoot equipment, hardware, software and network related issues from the local regional studio(s) either in person, on the phone or via email. This position will also be responsible for escalating support requests. This person must possess the ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment, under pressure.
Essential Duties
- Troubleshoot fitness equipment issues both preventive and regular maintenance
- Respond to immediate maintenance issues as needed to keep Bikes operational.
- Quickly resolved unplanned (network, software, bike) outages to maintain normal maintenance.
- Calibrate, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary bike technology and related software and electronic components.
- Responsible for the mechanical maintenance of our custom built bikes.
- Deliver, tag, configure, and assist in the configuration of end-user hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform minor hardware repairs and upgrades to either our proprietary systems or end-user’s equipment.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems with the studio IT equipment.
- Perform inventory of all of the studio’s assigned equipment.

Club Coordinator - Plano
The Club Coordinator position is the face of Flywheel, the first person our guests see on arrival, and last person they speak to on their way out. The Club Coordinator team member is a part time position that will provide superior customer service by greeting members and performing the following essential duties:
Essential Duties
- Greet and assist members in an upbeat, positive manner.
- Effectively facilitate class check-in.
- Assist Studio Manager in general day-to-day operation of the studio.
- Recommend retail merchandise that matches the member’s needs.
- Assist in resolving member issues and concerns with the highest level of customer service.
- Provide timely feedback to the Studio Manager on all studio issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Facilities Coordinator Team Member is a part time position that will assist in the day to day operation of the studio by performing the following essential duties:
Essential Duties
- Ensure the studio maintains a clean and professional aesthetic at all times.
- Assist in maintaining Flywheel Sports bikes, audio equipment, technology, and general facilities
- Performs basic custodial work throughout the studio.
- Performs daily tasks in a positive manner.
- Exhibits professionalism and a customer service oriented attitude.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Studio Manager and Regional Facilities Manager.
